How paid reports, credits and live consultations are handled.
Digital reports and credits
Credits are intended for the account holder and are consumed only when the corresponding paid service is successfully initiated under the product rules. Failed or provider-rejected report generation may be compensated automatically where the product's credit-ledger rules allow.
Consultations
Consultation cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility depend on the time remaining before the appointment and whether the session has started. The final launch policy must publish the exact cutoff windows and any applicable payment-provider charges before checkout.
Provider failures
If a confirmed consultation cannot be delivered because of a platform or astrologer-side failure, the service should be rescheduled or refunded according to the published launch policy.
